“I got married here a couple years ago and from start to finish, our experience was amazing and seamless. We had our ceremony and reception here. Jill, Ron and the rest of the staff made our wedding day perfect. Everything was setup nicely and the food was amazing. The staff was super kind and attentive throughout the whole night. “In all honesty…I was out with my dad shopping and we stopped in for some ice cream. I, watching my fat intake and full from lunch still, was not really up for dessert yet…I did order a small scoop of salted Carmel chocolate truffle. My good peeps that have made it this far…if at all you are looking for some great creamy sugary deliciousness in a fall fashion that is not just pumpkin, get it. It is rich, strong in flavor and the chocolate truffle bites though large are perfect. My dad ordered butter pecan and just loved the way the nuts were still crispy with great flavor though he would tell you that the ice cream itself was lacking the great flavor of Howard Johnson’s had in their ice cream. Great visit. Good people.“

( this is hard to come by today ) I love the atmosphere and music playing to help set the mood for the barbeque atmosphere! The food was really good, but listen that BANANA PUDDING!!! I thought I made the best! This is by far the best banana pudding I have ever had!! I can't wait to come back and eat again soon! Thank you!“
“Lucy did everything that she could to make our day at the Irish American Club in the Madison/Abbey room. She is a phenomenal planner and helped us with every aspect of our wedding day. The food was phenomenal- we ordered the beef tips and the bruschetta chicken and both were great- all guests were happy with the entire meal. My one thing is that my matron of honor (who was busy with her 3 year old) was rushed through her main entree so that they could take her plate. I would highly recommend Ahern Catering and Lucy!“

“Excellent music. Nice people. Danielle is the best bartender I have come across in my life. 2 pool tables, $1.25/game. There are 3 rooms. Last food order goes in at 11, 10:30 grill food 10:30 Sun-Thur. Fri & Sat last food is at 1, grill 12:30. There is a late night menu. They have an outdoor bar and outdoor seating. They are on Touchtunes, Keno, and have an ATM. There is also plenty of room for truckers to park. $10/night or $50/month.“
