I purchased a Starbucks tumbler a few months ago. The coating on the outside of the cup start coming off so after previously speaking with one of the employees who told me to bring it in, I did, and Kamia helped me out. Kamia was pleasant and helpful. Exchange was made, and I enjoyed a great cup of coffee! Thanks Kamia!
What's not to love about Starbucks? Especially when it's inside the greatest store ever haha. I've never had an issue with an order I've placed, baristas are always friendly, etc.
