Eaten here several times. First bad experience. Stale sub (didn't find out until I got home). 2 workers didn't care to stop talking amongst themselves long enough to attend to us customers. Colorful language too. Would never return if those 2 are working.

I went to this subway on Wednesday and it was so dirty. It was disappointing. The front glass was really dirty and the stick they put on was put on so bad and bubbly that you barely could see through the glass to look at the meat and vegetables.
This is my last time I will ever buy at Subway. I went with my $6.99 coupon that was sent in the mail by Subway for a foot long sub (CODEFTL699) here in Avon, Oh. There are two locations. I drove to the Avon Common and they don't take coupons, so I drove to the one in Walmart and they scanned it and it wasn't available for that price, it was double the price from the coupon price so I left and won't be back playing games with this business, wasting my time and gas. Stick with JJ or Penn Station. Firehouse Subs have a good meatball sub and Sheets gas station for far better subs that are available, no gimmicks.

I placed a mobile takeout order on 4/17. After waiting for 45 minutes past my pickup time, I finally asked and the employee said they never received the order. I paid, had a confirmation email, and verified I was at the correct location. I reached out for a refund when I got home since I never got my food. It is now 7/15 and the owner still hasn’t refunded my meal as promised. I have reached out to the owner, as well as Subway social media no less than 10 times for my money back with no resolve. I know my money means nothing to the company, but I was a frequent subway customer and won’t be back until this is resolved.
