I quit going here because the girl at the window (she's between 20 to 30 years old) is very rude. Been about 7 months since I've been there. And decided to go there today and of course she still works there at the window and was just as rude this time. That's ridiculous! If you can't handle good customer service. Let someone else run the window. People will not come back if you're rude to them. I know I won't be back again. They lost my business for good now. Very unprofessional!

Seems like every time I visit this location, they have a difficult time processing my credit card transaction. Took way to long so I just paid cash. 1 sandwich is always made incorrectly. Manchester Rd shop is the best, although a little farther to drive.

They can’t understand simple instructions sick of asking for something so easy and because they can’t understand English it comes out wrong
Placed an online order. Got there when I was supposed to and they hadn’t even started it yet. Watch the guys cooking with gloves on and then hand it off to a guy with no gloves who proceeds to grab my sandwich with his bare hands as he’s cutting it. Call him out on it and they try to give me the sandwiches anyway. No thanks.
