“You were slammed and short staffed tonight. Had to wait for awhile for our order, but everyone in the store was super friendly and moving quickly with a lot of effort to fill the orders. Got home and our order was perfect and the pizzas were absolutely fantastic. I never mind waiting when I see people giving that kind of effort. Thanks for a great dinner tonight!!!!“

“Couldn’t have asked for anything to be better. I didn’t get a picture but my Greek pizza looked just as great as the one posted 5 years ago. Perfect. I love the large slices of tomato and large slices as onion. Toppings sized to not disappear during cooking. Husband has Hawaiian pizza. We had motz cheese sticks and a tossed salad. Recommend it all. Many other pizza places could learn something from Grammas. This was a first time experience, so I hope each person in the kitchen is consistent. Server was great. If I recall, her name was Becky. Great service. She filled out drinks when needed and anticipated our needs that’s about all it takes to provide great service. We recommend the place to people that same day. The atmosphere is cool, too. The old building downtown Batavia helped make it a nice experience. The pay here spot is a cramped section. We will go back. Thanks!

“Today’s visit was terrible. Pizza had huge bubbles that were charcoaled and bottom wasn’t baked. Service was not good either. A small place that somehow accommodated a party of 10, 8 of which were loud teens. We were moved to accommodate these guests and they didn’t behave like someone their age should. Ruined a Sunday evening meal.“

“I tried to make a text order, but it was all jumbled. When I called to make sure it was correct - it wasn't - but management vowed to make it more than right!! “My husband and I were just passing through, we are from out of town- our local Larosa's closed after only a year, so our closest ones are now in Cincy which is 2 hours from us. We stopped in here for a late lunch and everything from start to finish was fantastic! I got the cheeseburger pizza special and it was SO good! We got the pepperoni rondos as well and they were perfect. Our waitress was really kind and sweet and even after bringing me a drink that I barely got through, she brought me an entirely new to-go drink when I asked for one. It was very thoughtful of her and perfect for our drive home.“

“First, long time drivebyer, first time diners. This is multi fold. 1) I recommend Padrino 100%. A surprise destination for Monday as “marinara night”. 2) Grace is one of the nicest, personable, and best servers I can say I’ve had in recent memory. After telling her that we had never been and how we typically order food when we go out, she walked us through every page of the menu and asked pertinent questions like “hey do you guys want apps tonight?” After we talked we thought maybe we should try a pasta, hoagie, and a pizza. She provided suggestions for each of those sections and we took her up from her list. I saw an employee of the _____, not sure if it was month, day, week, or what, or if she’s had it before, but she definitely deserves it! Which brings us to… 3) FOOD! Not only that, but PRICE!!! I will preface this as if nobody picked up on our “try some of a lot of things” and then have leftovers for the next day approach which has been illustrated above, but I’d say what we got was SUBSTANTIAL for what we spent. Heck, screw the dollars, let’s talk about flavor! Pasta: Vodka Tortellini, and she recommended we each get a garlic knot to finish off the sauce. I can’t give a fair shake to the knots because I just couldn’t eat anymore, but boy did they look and smell delicious. But the pasta? Shoo Sammie: Padrino Club. Sure it sounded and probably gets viewed as basic, which it was way more than basic thanks to their garlic aioli to top it off. And go with Grace, swap for the Parmesan fries! I’m not usually one for fries anymore but golly…. Parm fries for the win (I’ll say they’re at fault for me not making it to a knot) And finally Pizza: again our quests of trying a lot we were told we could split a large between specialities and we did. The choices: Chef’s Forte and Drunken Goat. I can safely say I’d expect any of their pizzas to be delicious based off trying these two. The veggies part on the Forte were SO big and noticeable and delicious and cooked to perfection. Will we be back? 100%“

“Well, they ran out of onion rings but they made up for it by giving me what they had left over. Which I was pleasantly surprised! They even took the time to draw a smiley face on the bag and said these are what we had left. Everything was great and quick! I crave their food every once in awhile! Pizza was great! “I go to the Ohio Pike Domino's for the great carry out deals they send to the Domino's Rewards members. I can't make a large pizza at home for the price they charge on the cart out specials. The pizzas are better than Sam's club or Costco pizzas since you can top them like you want, for about the same price.“

“It's Domino's, what can go wrong? I have always had a good experience at this location. The employees have always made my order just delicious and have offered me plates and napkins while ringing me out. Sometimes its those small things that make up good customer service. They have point rewards which can be both helpful and a nag when they are about to expire and you are forced to use them. However, I have gotten a lot of free food from just using the points. The last time I ordered, they did put on very heavy sauce and it did not taste as good as normal, but maybe it was a beginner cook there when I ordered, which is certainly understandable and something that I won't hold against them because generally they produce great pizza!“

“Heather and her team were so awesome yesterday!! We had a 7 year old birthday party at the pool and heathers team provided all the food. We did a timed order from the Milford store and we arrived a few minutes early and they had everything hot and ready for us. It really made for a great day. They have a salad bar that includes lots of different kinds of toppings you might want to put on pizzas so you can customize your slices although the toppings you add won't be hot. The buffet also includes soup, pasta, sauces and some yummy desserts including scrumptious, gooey cinnamon rolls hot from the oven.“

“Over the summer, I was ordered Pizza Hut weekly. I have NEVER been disappointed with the service or food. Service is always incredibly amazing (especially since Covid hit) The FOOD, OH MY GOSH....always SO FLIPPING FRESH! Always warm and delightful. We get the Dinner Box a lot and it is a great price for what you get! $10 and the kids are fed. Last night I was really impressed when my pizza showed up! The delivery guy was incredible nice, noticed the Happy Birthday decor in home and sang a little tune to my birthday boy! “I ordered a custom pizza with half pepperoni and half margarita. They have different sauces on them and I thought it was awesome that someone from the restaurant called to make sure I knew that those sauces might bleed into each other when they go through the oven. Clearly that's not something that they can control but they just wanted to make sure I was aware because they're two different flavors. The fact that they went out of their way to let me know meant a lot. Some places won't even let you customize a pizza with two different sauces on each half because of this. I used to work at a pizza place so I knew what I was getting into when I ordered it. And I'm glad they allowed me to have it the way I wanted it. It was absolutely amazing! That thin crust is so refreshing. It's kind of dangerous because you don't fill up and feel miserable as you're eating it like you do with most thicker crusts. “They have lots of different kinds of food that is simply amazing. The pizza is absolutely superb. I have gotten many kinds of pizza from them and they have all been amazing. I've also gotten a few different kinds of incredibly good Hoagies. The steak Hoagie with pizza sauce is absolutely amazing. The chicken wings are really good as well. There's not much to say about the restaurant since you can't eat in. It looks decent to me. I definitely recommend you trying some of their amazing food.“
