Anyway, I had no idea sautéed veggies were an option here but much to my surprise the kind lady who took my order educated me and I could not be more pleased. Places like this make living in NEO truly unique. Overall last talk food, atmosphere and service. The food was phenomenal! I would categorize it as Indian inspired American cuisine. We had the chicken tandoori kabobs which felt like a flatbread/taco, this dish was especially flavorful very well seasoned. The next dish we had was the Indian cheese sticks, I believe this was paneer cheese, seasoned and very well season. The last dish and maybe my favorite were the Chorizo Nachos! This dish was awesome, again very well seasoned and the actual chips used for nachos were sturdy and flavorful wasn't your typical basic nacho chip.The atmosphere was very inviting, I would consider It good for small intimate gatherings, family/friends game night or date night with your significant other. It is open seating, with plenty of free available games to play including scrabble, uno, jenga, playing cards etc. enough to have a little fun in between meals or drinks. “Ordering over the phone should be avoided with this place because some of the employees are just rude to you. I understand bartending and waiting table, as I did it for many years. That being said, I never answered the phone with an unpleasant tone because it makes the customers feel like all they are doing is bothering you. Tried to talk to the woman and she got VERY defensive instead of apologetic. We had to throw away our fries :( because they were soggy. Moral of the story: If a woman answers aggressively just hang up and order somewhere else.“
“Oh my gosh! We were visiting Columbus from Tennessee and my sister looked this place up for us to go. We didn't know what to expect and there was this cute kid with curly black hair that looked like Timothy Chalamet, out there directing us in.He went over the menu and gave us recommendations on what to order. He was running everywhere and going 90 to nothing getting all the orders and still being awesome with us. I wish I could remember his name.The food was absolutely amazing. Things on it like BBQ and tarter sauce, but it was actually delicious. I'm going to go ahead and say best burger even though I always thought Ohios best burgers were Kewpee. “My partner and I went to the Academy for our engagement dinner. We didn't want anything super fancy (or super pricey!) and we're not native to this area of Cleveland, so we pulled up some local restaurants and the Academy looked great to us.We weren't disappointed! After a very brief moment of confusion when we walked in - I thought it might be a UK pub-type setup, where you order at the bar - we sat ourselves and our server, the manager for the night (so sorry I forgot your name!) came right over. The manager was amazing: great service, really kind, and clearly loves the place.We each had an Ace pineapple cider, which was maybe one of the best ciders I've ever had (and I love hard ciders). On tap, perfect blend of sweet and dry, and the pineapple flavor isn't overpowering. I liked it so much I had a second.For food, we got six Buffalo wings, a basket of onion rings, and the Academy burger and fries. The wings were literally everything I want from a chicken wing: fresh, hot, tossed but not soaked in sauce. Some people might prefer a crisper wing - as far as I could tell, these weren't battered or floured (although I could be wrong) but for me they were perfect. The onion rings were fresh out of the fryer and not too greasy, so that's an immediate win. We didn't end up eating much of the burger, but that's through no fault of the burger! The portion of it I did have was well cooked, juicy, and thick. Great quality burger, I just wish I was hungry enough for it! And, of course, my fiancé's star of the show: the fries. Fries were the perfect thickness, not too thick and not too tiny, freshly cooked, and the seasoning on them was top notch. I think my partner ate more of the fries than any other part of the meal.All this and our meal and drinks came out to about $47! I literally did a double take at the bill because I couldn't believe it was so low.I want to give a special shout out to the manager (again, so sorry I forgot your name) for being so helpful and kind. We must have came in after a lunch rush because it was quite messy around the dining area but they had begun cleaning tables and floors before long. The main downside to any Five Guys dining experience is they have always been known to have extremely high prices, buyer beware. They're both super friendly and actually took the time to get to know me a bit and they remember my and ask me about the pieces of my week I've told them about when I come in. If you go during the evening, you'll see familiar friendly faces there watching the game enjoying some wings and drinks! The servers are always good for a laugh and it's a very nice atmosphere. I usually go with the wings with the sweet crunchy sauce they make in-house. They get the wings fresh, never frozen, and cook them to order! If I'm feeling a burger, I usually go with the Spanish Beef when I want a little heat. I love lamb, and I've never had a lamb burger before coming to BurgerIM. Now I like them more than gyros! “This place should be called Baby D’s Crack Chicken, because it is legitimately that good. I came here on the recommendation of a co-worker, and the 10 piece wing fry combo did not disappoint. The chicken was tender and whatever seasoning they use can be tasted beneath the sauce- which is rare these days. The quality of the meat is also the best I’ve had to date. Their meat was white all the way to the bone and that is something I’ve never experienced with a wing. The sauce itself was delicious and tasted like someone made it in the back versus opening a jar and pouring it on. The chicken was also still delightfully crunchy with the sauce on it. The french fries also tasted well, can be eating without sauce and seemed like they were cut fresh in the back. Was the service friendly- not particularly. However, it was professional so I have no complaints. I will definitely be at the place at least once a week now, if not more.“

I picked up the order and the five minute drive back had my mouth watering. Smelled so good! I love the side options, waffle fries, tots, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, etc., etc. I ordered the chicken pita. It came loaded with chicken and the softest Greek style pita. I'd like a little more sauce, but overall pretty delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried pickles. They were breaded pickle spears, warm and crispy with that snap when you bite into it. Now, for the food, the mussels were sprinkled with a lot of salt on the shells and the broth was TOO SALTY. They were returned only to discover, that the chef had rinsed the salt off of the shells and my wife could not eat them because she is on a restricted low sodium intake. The chef served the same mussels that were returned, which was in poor taste on Heck's part. My wife was SO DISAPPOINTED!!! It will be a long time before we dine there again.“
