Asked for Extra ranch with the cashier and received ranch soup. Upon remake, I asked for the extra ranch to be on the side to avoid the same fate. The condiment attendant refused stating that she would have to charge me .60 cents. I asked her to just squirt it in the box. She still refused stating that it will still be a .60 cents charge. I asked her to squirt some on the sandwich and she purposely squirted too much. Again.

POOR customer service, when my food was done the lady just put my food on the counter and didn’t put my food in a bag . She just sat the bag on the side .

Do not eat here. Unhygienic and no regards for customers. Ordered a chicken Philly found 2 pieces of long hair in chicken. Went to show the person at checkout got absolutely no response. Unbelievable!

My wife and I really enjoy the food at Charley's so here's a shout-out to the cooks, delicious and thank you! However, the cashier (Tanesia) needs to be let go immediately. She has the worst attitude, no sense of appreciation for what she has, no communication skills, and no respect for anyone (including her own staff). She disrespected my wife twice right in front of me and had there been a third, I would be contacting corporate. Additionally, if we were treated this way as "regulars", then she's doing it to everyone else as well (backed up in the comments section). She will single-handedly destroy this business. Advice - Drop that sociopath immediately

The food was amazing- Im rating this one star because of the lady up front putting the orders together- she had the worst attitude and definitely mistreats the poor cooks. Eye rolls, shaking her head. They already are dying of heat and still have to deal with her, unfortunately I did not get her name.

Great Food , Shoutout to the cook staff and cashiers that have to deal with the attitude of the one adding the vegetables to our food . Should put her back there and see how “easy it is” .The one who grabbed an attitude at the cook for messing up a sub . No need to grab the sub and shoot it in the trash . We are humans .

Grabbed lunch with my buddy, he used his debit card and the total came out to $21, before the cashier helped herself to a $17 dollar tip. There's no manager to report to. So now he has to wait 5 days for his money, that was stolen. The cashier on shift needs fired.

Left a line of customers waiting. Opened at 12pm, was making sandwiches for each other. When other custodian to ask if they were open, someone finally told they were closed due not being able to access cash register. I waited 20 minutes before anyone said anything. Professionalism at its finest.

Only problem is when the cashier can’t speak proper or improper English. But when an English speaking Cashier is on duty, think her name was Terry S something, perfect business. Love the customer service when English is understood, Thank you Terry,, Very respectable!!

Quality of the food and customer service is very poor. In addition, my son ordered a sandwich. The whole time while his sandwich was being prepared, the employee held a conversation with someone over the glass barrier no mask. I thought it was that person's sandwich but it was my son's. The staff there is rude. Who wants food you talked all over?
