Do not eat here. Unhygienic and no regards for customers. Ordered a chicken Philly found 2 pieces of long hair in chicken. Went to show the person at checkout got absolutely no response. Unbelievable!
My wife and I really enjoy the food at Charley's so here's a shout-out to the cooks, delicious and thank you! However, the cashier (Tanesia) needs to be let go immediately. She has the worst attitude, no sense of appreciation for what she has, no communication skills, and no respect for anyone (including her own staff). Asked for Extra ranch with the cashier and received ranch soup. Upon remake, I asked for the extra ranch to be on the side to avoid the same fate. The condiment attendant refused stating that she would have to charge me .60 cents. I asked her to just squirt it in the box. She still refused stating that it will still be a .60 cents charge. I asked her to squirt some on the sandwich and she purposely squirted too much. Again.
