After the carry out service I received, I couldn't enjoy my food. I went to pickup my food which was ready right on time. They had terrible figuring out my name then handed me my bag with my shake. I assumed the straw was in the bag because that's what mcds and most restaurants do. I noticed most people's bags were folded shut but mine was not. By way of good fortune, I had SS at 2 locations in 3 weeks -once at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and then again at Pinecrest location. Both times - 5 STARS! Their smash burgers are really good!
