It was only one worker that was really great his name was Justin he was literally carrying the team and doing absolutely everything he has a great attitude but the other 2 employees weren’t as happy or enthusiastic or supportive for the African American employee Justin because I believe it was 2 there’s he deserves a raise and actual help in order to make sure the store is good
Well, the young lady working the register was weird. I said good morning she just stared then I said it again then she responded. Ordered my coffee and blueberry muffin. Received my drink then stood an additional 5+ minutes waiting for the muffin. Had ask another worker. I understand it's a fast pace environment however there's more to customer service then running a register.

The place was overcrowded. Floor was not clean. I asked for warm late but got it hot and got burned. And as a cherry on top of the cake, the guy who prepared my food did not even bother to call my name when it was ready.This place is in a deep need for some amends.
