Quick service, great staff.

Incredibly rude baristas and uneducated staff. I’m a partner at another store location and went in to use my discount, which we are allowed. I told the barista my partner numbers and before I could do anything else such as show my partner card——they asked for my ID. I stated that my ID would not verify anything as the name would not be the same and I was told then they wouldn’t be my numbers. I had my partner card connected to my Starbucks app which I was going to use, but decided against because I wanted to see how the interaction would play out. I had to out myself as transgender for the barista to honor the discount because they did not believe that there was a way to be provided the discount without showing a government issued ID card. This is not policy and has never been policy. Regardless, the amount of disrespect was insane. My name never called out, slammed on the counter and waited over 15 minutes for a single pastry while people who ordered after myself were served——the same pastry. I will not be coming back and will be reporting this incident to partner resources.

The absolute WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Workers are too busy socializing. They whisper ur name with the music loud. Stood there 15 minutes before I had to ask for my order. They had lost the order, then looked at me stupid, like I lost it. NEVER COMING IN AGAIN. Rather drink from anywhere else.

The place was overcrowded. Floor was not clean. I asked for warm late but got it hot and got burned. And as a cherry on top of the cake, the guy who prepared my food did not even bother to call my name when it was ready.This place is in a deep need for some amends.

quiet storm

This Starbucks location has to be by far one of the worst locations I have ever been to. The parking is terrible. It’s like you are literally playing bumper cars getting in and out of there at certain times of the day. The actual Starbucks store is small and usually very crowded because the staff in there are so slow on purpose because it’s so obvious that they would rather be anywhere else but there, waiting on customers. Not only are they slow in cranking out the beverages, they do not even make them correctly, and their customer service skills are deplorable. When you try and ask any of them about their promotions or specials on the app, they have no idea of what you are referring to. To be honest, it’s quite a site to sit in there watch how disgusted and disappointed customers leave on a regular basis because of how long they have had to wait or how horrible their order has been messed up, or even to watch the one female employee with short curly pinkish hair talk so foul to customers on a consistent basis. At the end of the day, it’s expensive coffee, it’s an expensive experience. But dang it, for me- it’s not going to be a MISERABLE expensive coffee experience! I will take my money somewhere else and be treated decently.
