I should’ve knew better to not order food from a gas station but it was late nothing else was open lol … I had a veggie sub . The bell peppers were cut into dashes it look like potato peelings , the foot long was more like 8 inch , they were out of chips , cookies and the pretzel

Very slow and the employee working the night shift is careless. He left three foot longs on the counter and went to the back for almost 6 minutes then came back and continued carelessly.

Ordered through doordash, received wrong items. I called the store to try to get my order fixed and the guy that answered told me I had to come up there to which I told him I wasn’t able to. He said the other guy who handled my order was busy and couldn’t come to the phone. And he just said okay! No help to fix my order or see if they could do anything.

BUYER BEWARE. Stopped there on Saturday, 12/9/2023 & purchased two foot-long subs with a credit card. Worker at counter claimed the transaction didn't go through. "I didn't get a receipt." So paid with cash instead. Sure enough, the charge came through on my credit card. Don't let them scam you!

Terrible missing all the main meats in my sub had to wait 20 minutes for my sub to be made toasted but but the time they finished making it it was cold. The oeggort to move faster or care to. Order a spicy Italian with everything and got a Lettuce cheese and bacon sub.

I walked in & seen 3 lady’s just sitting behind gas station register. They seen me & didn’t bother to ask if I needed help until I went to leave I asked them if subway was open & they said yes someone is in there but I was sitting there for a few mins waiting & no one came out. There was a black older female there but she didn’t seem to be working that hard or care that there was someone in her line. Now I missed lunch & now I’ll be hungry cause I don’t have time to go anywhere else. I’ll keep posting bad reviews until something comes of this

I wouldn’t recommend you going to eat here. It is 10:18pm on Saturday September 30th, 2023 and the bp staff informed me after waiting for a few minutes that subway was closed. They left all the food in the cold table unwrapped. They didn’t attempt to put anything up. If they close like this on Saturday and leave the food out over night it’s probably not safe to eat.
Waiting 1 hour for a delivery is definitely too much! The website said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I got to the store they had not even started preparing it. We will never order from this store again.

Ordered online. Thinking sandwiches would be made by the time I arrived.. According to app, my order was ready.. Only that was incorrect.. Waiting over 20 mins for my order. Placed order at 510... 540 still waiting.. Smh.. But the subway employees are nice..

A snail could make a sandwich faster than they make Subway sandwiches at this location. You can place your order run a marathon return and they will probably be finishing your sandwich ? .
