This filthy restaurant gave me food poisoning.Placed a mobile order yesterday 4/11/2024, right around noon. Within about 4 hours my stomach was cramping. By 5:30pm I was violently vomiting, and this continued until about 9:30pm. The severe cramps continued through the night until about 2am. This illness perfectly fits the pattern of food borne illnesses from the rapid onset and duration to the limited symptoms.100% they gave me food poisoning. I encourage you to report any similar issues to the Greene County Public Health Board. I can't link but a search for "report food poisoning green county, ohio" will take you right to it. Chipotle was the only meal I had that day, and none of my family was sick from any of the meals we had together the previous day.Now onto the other issues, The place is disgustingly dirty. I understand it was lunch rush, but there's no excuse for filthy tables, over flowing trash cans, and sticky floors. Pretty piss poor management if you ask me, and if they don't care what the front of the house looks like, it's pretty easy to understand why I ended up with food poisoning from the back of the house. If they can't clean tables, I have zero faith they practice proper food safety.Final issue which really pale sin comparison, but the card reader was down so I had to place a mobile order which was of course late. Mostly because they just pile them up in the back and bring out 30 orders at once. Annoying, but what can you really expect. I know this because there were other people there and the time due is clearly printed on the receipts. I saw everything from 12:00 to 12:20. Mine was due at 12:10 and it was 12:20. I placed it at 11:50. There was no line inside.There's a million other restaurants in the area, skip this one.

Food tastes good as always. They actually had stuff in stock, like rice, and taco shells. But the place was absolutely filthy. Food and trash on the floor, tables, and even on the counter tops. The card reader doesn’t even work!

Went here later at night because it was close to our hotel, and the kitchen and dining area were very dirty. It was disgusting. The food bins had food spilling out of them and getting onto other food around it. Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have seen.

I wish I had an option of either a credit or having an actual refund, because I would prefer having a refund for an item that I paid for and did not receive. It already costs more to have it delivered, let alone not receiving what I ordered and then not receiving a refund. If I don’t use my “credited item” I essentially lose that money and Chipotle does not. This is not the first time this has happened, it’s been many different occasions. I enjoy Chipotle but will seriously stop ordering if their policies don’t change.

I had a pickup order with a promise time of 5:50 PM. It wasn't handed to me until 6:06 pm.The order line wasn't even particularly busy, and I counted 5 people milling in and out of the back.I don't think I need to say anything else. Pick literally any other location if you want to pick up through the app.

I'd avoid this one. They are giving you very little meat, tons of rice and sour cream. Unless you want your cream and rice with a garnish of meat and beans, I'd go to another chipotle.
If i could id give zero stars.... I'm sorry but this location ruined my appetite for chipotle for years. Absolutely disgusting. One exit up in fairborn in front of planet fitness changed my outlook on chipotle!!! I love chipoltle. But cold undercooked meat is always a turn off. Not to mention it's very unclean. The staff 9 out of 10 times are rude and overcharge. I had my LAST bad experience tonight before close about 9 pm. I ordered a side of steak a side of chicken a side of guacamole and a side of Pico.Where do I even start! Almost $15 dollars for those four very small sides! I had asked two questions to which staff replied very short and rude. I asked if they had just sliced avocado and if they had keto options and she said no and gave me a dirty look... ?The guacamole ended up having a palm sized shell of an avocado shoved inside of it.... the container is tiny.. how was that missed when prepping and mixing the guacamole and then when they put it into that small container unless they were sloppy!! My point is they aren't being careful what else is happening if they missed a whole avocado peel??? and the meat as usual; Undercooked. The chicken was UNDERCOOKED. and the steak was barely cut. The Pico was pretty much unripened tomatoes. Sour and bitter.... I bit into the avocado shell mind you. I will never go back there again! Nastey people and nastey food.Parking: Barely anywhere to park ever.

So I ordered a burrito with beans, steak, brown rice, cheese and sour cream. I was taking big bites until I got to the sour cream. Their sour cream is old and as sour as a sour skittle. Not to mention when we took it back to get a refund. They tried arguing with us saying sour cream is supposed to be sour. But is it supposed to make u have a sour face when u eat it? And another thing is that inside of chipotle, it’s super dirty. Food everywhere you step. And it’s also super duper cold inside which is bad for this time around.
