What's not to love? Juicy burgers made any way you want, fresh fries, absolutely delicious milkshakes? Yes please. My biggest love of this place is that the fries are made in peanut oil. No soybean oil (which I cannot have). The staff are friendly and fast. It's a burger joint and has that type of casual anybody welcome atmosphere. Our last trip to Five Guy my son ordered an everything burger but received a cheeseburger. We brought it to the attention of the staff just asking for a plate of toppings to complete the burger - they made a completely new one, no charge! We were impressed!Dietary restrictions: They will do lettuce wraps for the burgers and do ask if it is allergy or preference. Fries are made in peanut oil, not soy. There are open packages of shelled peanuts in the restaurant, FYI to the peanut allergies out there.

The food is what you would expect. It's decent. However, I hadn't been there in a long time, and was blown away by the menu prices when we went the other day! There are several sit-down restaurants with better food at more reasonable prices.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers, mayo and mushrooms only. Got home and mine had onions and not very many onions either. I just don’t like onions, flavor is ok, the food was still warm and good, my gripe is if I pay $12 for a hamburger I should get what I ordered. Looks like I’m going to have to watch them more closely next time I order.
Love the BLT at this place and some of the best fries in town. I love eating here and I enjoy the food. Quick service and delicious.

Don't bother ordering ahead; it's company policy to not cook the fries until you get there, so then your burger gets cold while you're waiting for your fries to cook. And apparently using the "I'm on my way" button doesn't do anything.
