Personally, for my experience, it's been a while since I've been to Hotheads, and my experience was pretty good. The only issue was it was two employees, which seemed way too young to be on their own. If you have short staffing, why are there no managers working? The boys were really sweet too. And I don't think you should leave boys, barely at the legal age to be left alone in a restaurant, where anything can happen. Beats chipotle. Staff friendly an hour before close and two staff leaving one to close. was over charged for a ticket that was already started for double chicken. 1 Veggie burrito Xtra bean and 1 pork bowl, plus 3-4 sauce sides and chips came out to over $30 on a "2 burritos for $15.99 Sunday". Chips are not very good. Guac not salted. Good food prep otherwise and the portions are pretty excessive so it's like you got 4 burritos even though you ordered two and got overcharged....read full review

This is an excellent franchise concept and I really like the menu. Unfortunately, this location is failing to execute. The place is pretty dirty despite having had a recent refresh. The staff also seems to suffer from a lack of adequate supervision or training. Some points for staff on hygiene probably couldn’t hurt either.Went in right at 6pm to an empty restaurant.
