“Though it was quite busy, we had an excellent experience. The kitchen crew obviously works seamlessly, our food came out hot, fresh, and perfect. Our waitress was a delight, Linda, man, you're an all star!If you haven't had the fries, even if you come for the pies, GET SOME FRIES. Best I've had in years, maybe my whole life. Can't wait to go back! 10/10“

“Such an Amazing little spot in Vermillion. Luckily called for a reservation before they opened for the day. Spoke with John the owner and he hooked us up with a nice 2 top. Tight space, but very well utilized. The food and swrvice was fantastic!“

“Was in there a few years ago. They had Abraham Lincoln's business card framed and hanging on the wall. I asked if that was REALLY Lincoln's actual business card. The waitress had no idea. So maybe it is, or maybe it isn't.Food was good. It's just your typical warm, friendly, small town diner that may or may not have a real cool authentic piece of 19th Century antebellum Americana hanging on the wall.“

“My partner and I stopped for lunch on a whim after picking up my car from the shop. Oh my goodness 100% returning! We got the loaded ruben fries, the Ruben fitters, and chedder stuffed pretzels. It sat in the car for 30 minutes on the drive home and it was still fanaminal. The pretzel bites are deep fried so they are bubbly and it's such a fun texture. We got to wrong sauce with our fritters but I'm honestly greatful! The mustard sauce that came with them was like a mustard vinngarate and we are using the remainder on a kale salad tonight because it just went so well with all of our items. The fries are massive and I got many more then 12 pretzels! Also so reasonably priced I spent 32$ with tip for all of it. The fritters are a must try, if you walk away without them you should turn around. I love to find local spots so support small and this was a great stop!Parking: Its at the Masonic Lodge for some reason. If there isn't many people there there is lots of parking“

“Stopped here on my way from Philadelphia to Michigan-- seemed like a good spot to get dinner. Great experience. The owner came by to introduce himself and chat. He gave us a complimentary bowl of pasta. Service was snappy and very polite. Pizza was excellent. One of my favorite things in traveling around is finding a gem like this where I didn't really expect it. My son was a little taken aback by the small-town hospitality-- gotta get him out of the East Coast Amtrak corridor a bit more“

“Enjoyed time traveling back to an old time in this little restaurant. Awesome old artifacts from what the restaurant was before it was a restaurant. Had an awesome root beer float with a hot dog and fried pickle spears. My mom go a Texas grilled cheese. Hot dog bread was stale and the fried pickles were awesome, they’re spears instead of small cuts. I was obsessed with those couldn’t stop eating them. Mom said they put too much chipotle sauce on the grilled cheese. Hot dog had a little too much mustard but you can always ask for a replacement. Would definitely still come back to this place to try more dishes!“

“Really happy with the quality of our food, if I was out this way this is where I would go! I could not expect any better service than they gave, and the food was quick! We were here when they had the St. Patrick's day special of either a reuben or boiled corned beef diner, we got the reuben and seen it was also on the menu so I bet year round it's just as good if you are into that!!“

“Popped into this great lil spot while in the area, lucked into an immediate table that had just opened up as we arrived. Enjoyed a great home cooked breakfast, the family liked their omelets and hash browns. I thoroughly enjoyed my bacon & eggs on a perfectly toasted bagel. And we shared a tasty cinnamon roll for dessert.“

“Huron Pizza House: It has been a long time since I have done a review, but dinner was so good, I was compelled! A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I craved fold over pizza. He wanted a cheeseburger, and I wanted BLT. Our experience at another local place, was mediocre at best. The cheese burger foldover had such a small amount of meat, just tiny fragments, it was hard to even realize there was meat on it at all. Not good at all. The BLT was ok. Tonight at Huron Pizza House, the pizzas, and salad were phenomenal! Oh my, there was a generous amount of burger on the foldover. It was fantastic! We also ordered a BBQ chicken almond pizza, and a salad. Both great! I highly recommend Huron Pizza House.“

“This was our first time here with friends who invited us out for the Friday fish fry. Smaller place, very busy, but the staff was on top of it and we had great service, a great time, and the food was fantastic! Lake Erie perch and walleye bites were spot-on. Will definitely stop again whenever in the area.Parking: Parking on street or lot in back.“

“This is a neat little place. We've been here once before on a lazy day and had a few apps and a libation. It has taken us too long to get back considering we only live a mile away. Today we went for the Bloody Mary bar. I liked how they did this...fill out your card and the drink is made to order - perfectly made and spicy; just how I like it.They were busy. The Browns were on TV and we were hoping to see the game. Unfortunately the one table without a view was the only table available. Guess what? As soon as another table opened up, the server asked us if we wanted to move. She did this without us saying anything. How awesome was that? Our food was tasty. Great burger. I didn't care for the sweet potato fries as they were a bit soggy, but that was my choice. I could have ordered regular fries. The pretzel was great, too.We will definitely be back and encourage others to stop by to have a drink, food, and nice times.“

“I recently got a job inside Wakeman.... first time ordering. I wasn't feeling good. Ordered soup for my lunch break... drove up there (forgot my wallet at work) they let me take the soup... with JUST my word, that'd I'd come back the next day to pay. (And yes I went back and paid!)But I couldn't believe it... even as I was eating it... it didn't feel real. I'm so thankful! And yes the soup made me feel better“

“The food is good, not outstanding, but it is consistent. Service was good.Parking: Parking is limited, often having to park in the back and walk around to the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in front. The only thing is that there is nothing on the ramp to prevent slipped when the ramp is wet. The ladies' room is equipped to a wheelchair.“

“I had the bean and ham soup. It was the best I have ever had. There was more meat than beans.Parking: There is a parking lot, however, it is best for small cars and very limited. Berlin Heights does offer free parking. Therefore, it's not a big issue.Wheelchair accessibility: The restroom is equipped with plenty of room for a wheelchair. That being said, getting to the restroom is somewhat difficult due to overcrowding of tables.“
