Arrived for breakfast at 8:30am and got told once at the window the frying equipment was down for cleaning. No chicken, no potatoes, and no french toast sticks.With half of the menu gone and no signage indicating this, I had to make alternate decisions at the windowThe sandwich I received was incorrect and included a hair.Unimpressed would be an understatement
What made this visit even more exciting was the fact that they had brought back their spicy nuggets, which I had been missing since they were taken off the menu. The quick service and lack of attitude from the staff have always impressed me at this Wendy's location. I’ve been to several Wendy’s over the last 40 years. This has to be the worst! Slow service, no Diet Coke, the singles were small enough to be on the dollar menu. Not to mention it cost over $20.00 for two value meals! Wendy’s was always the place to get a fresh Hamburger at a good price! I hope they can turn it around!!
