cold broken fries!!! This place is a disaster the food is never fresh and the employees are always standing around playing or talking the evening shift needs more training and a new manager. Big disappointment!

Yesterday I ordered the chicken wrap meal got a completely different sandwich today I came through got the same thing got a flat pop hard chicken and no fries. This place is a waste of time and money. Each time I was the only customer in line.

I came tonight January 2nd with my husband around 10:30pm. We both got a sandwich and a medium fry to share. We got home, this here is our “medium” fry to share. No there are no fries spilled at the bottom of the bag. I already got those and added them in. I tried calling 3 times. Somebody should make this right.

Went through the drive thru. Got 3 kids meals. No toys. Got chicken nuggets with no sauces which we requested. Fries were ice cold and soggy.Parking: There is parking down both sides of the building and behind it.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances have ramps but doors will have to be opened to get inside

I’ve been to several Wendy’s over the last 40 years. This has to be the worst! Slow service, no Diet Coke, the singles were small enough to be on the dollar menu. Not to mention it cost over $20.00 for two value meals! Wendy’s was always the place to get a fresh Hamburger at a good price! I hope they can turn it around!!

Stopped to get a frosty and 6$ biggie box and they don't have either. On a Saturday night . Very poor management and planning. Then the employee at the window was very rude.

No chicken, no potatoes, and no french toast sticks.With half of the menu gone and no signage indicating this, I had to make alternate decisions at the windowThe sandwich I received was incorrect and included a hair.Unimpressed would be an understatement
