I have been to this establishment on at least 5 occasions and they NEVER have Honey Vinaigrette dressing. When I finally asked why, the worker told me “they don’t have the staff to make it”, even though I saw 3 workers in the back on their phones and laughing amongst themselves. Last time, they didn’t have sour cream, lettuce, chicken, or white rice… seriously? I find this pretty ridiculous. Also, where are the forks and other utensils at the drink station? It's a shame they have such bad reviews. We just came through on a whim and had a fine experience. Employees were kind, food lived up to its expectations, and we were in and out despite the long line. Clean as far as I'm concerned. Didn't use the restrooms.Someone had a "service dog" in there. It clearly wasn't. They could have done something about that but it doesn't bother me either way.

3 stars because neither bathroom has a changing table. I understand it’s a college town, but that doesn’t mean there’s no babies/toddlers living there or passing through. Food & service is always good.
