“Haven't had Mr. Spots in 20 years. It's the same as I remember!!! I went on National Cheesesteak day and they were giving away prizes with the spin of a wheel!!! I came out with a delicious sandwich and a gift card!! Highly recommend eating here!! I have also heard the wings are good, but I haven't gotten any yet.“
“This location is tucked inside Walmart on the market side.They recently remodeled this location and it is a lot more welcoming, bright, clean and more presentable, compared to its former self.The employees were welcoming and made my order fast. Normally when I go to a Subway they throw everything together and by the time you get home the condiments have fallen out of the sandwich and it's incredibly messy to eat. This time everything stayed in place and was not only tasty but it also stayed in place!“
“I grabbed a sub for my grandma and sister yesterday. I was instantly greeted as I walked in. I wish I knew the name of the girl who made my sub but I don't because I didn't get a receipt. (Not because I wasn't offered but because I said I didn't want one) She was the best Subway worker I have ever had. I know it sounds silly but she was saying that the tomatoes they had gotten in were to big for the bread, so she cut them in half to make them fit better! (who ever actually cares enough to do that? I know I appreciated it, I thought that was awesome) She was just a nice person and she was great at what she does.“
“The food, staff and service at this location are phenomenal. I love ordering ahead and picking up in the store- it's so convenient. I also have been very pleased with large group orders that we have had delivered. The sandwiches are made exactly how we ordered and the delivery is truly freaky fast! Great job, BG JJ's!“
“This is a bit of an odd subway, with how it's set up inside, looks like a bowling ally lol. Food is decent but if you like a decent amount of dressing or mayo on your sub, you have to specify or they don't put enough on. Otherwise fine.“
“Food is always tremendous. Service was meh. Two employees working one guy making the food the gal was at the cash register and not doing much. I had to wait to place my order til the guy was caught up cooking. Besides this long wait time food was great. A few dirty tables not wiped off bathroom needed a little cleaning.“
“We came in on Sunday, June 5th at about 3:00pm and there was a long line of customers. The two young ladies working were ROCKSTARS. They were efficient and very pleasant, they took all of our little special requests with a smile and the subs were the best we've had from this location. While we were ringing out, a DoorDash driver started throwing a fit because they didn't give him any attention. He wasn't in line and was just standing in the back of the room being shady. When we were done paying they asked how they could help him and he gave the DoorDash name he was picking up for and asked for both of their names because he was filing a complaint. Lord. When I tell you this guy was a piece of work just know that I managed a subway in Toledo for long enough to see some characters. He was exceptionally rude. The girls wrote down their names for him (above and beyond btw), and explained that next time he could jump in line or speak up, otherwise they wouldn't know what exactly he needed help with. He just grabbed the order and shouted at them on his way out the door. THEY HANDLED IT SO WELL. They were still professional and calm even after he started raising his voice. They were so sweet to us when they handed us our order and I just wanted to hug them. People need to learn some manners from these girls because they were pros. Will definitely be back! Appreciate your employees, owner! They more than earn their paycheck.“
“My husband and I had lunch here one day and really enjoyed it. The service was great. I had the special of the day which was chicken and noodles on mashed potatoes and it was awesome. My husband had the buffalo chicken grilled cheese which he enjoyed as well. We'll be back to try something else on the menu.“
