The food was delicious and even our furbaby was treated thru the drive thru with a Pup Treat. Had no idea they had a thing for our furbabies. The crew was so very kind and cheerful.

Ordered the fish sandwich for myself and the Culver's double deluxe burger with bacon and fries for my husband. Used the drive thru and noticed right away how friendly the person taking the order was. I pulled up to the window and was greeted with a smile.The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. I could tell it was made fresh and had not been sitting under a heat lamp. The price was even less than most other fast food places.I would recommend this establishment, and I will definitely return.

I've had the cod and walleye sandwiches and they were both good. I liked the cod better than the walleye, which I wasn't expecting. If possible, dine in rather than carry out because a lot of the crunch gets lost in the carry out container.

My buddy and I stopped in to get a fish sandwich each, we got our order no problem and ate. As we are going to leave I decided to grab a 4 pack of their pre-packed custard. I walked up to the counter with what I wanted and waited, and waited, 4 employees standing around behind the counter looking right at us and still, we waited. Another costumer walked in after we walked up to the counter and got survive before us. After being stared at for about 5 minutes we walked out without my custard and a little bit more annoyed with the day.

I usually don't have any issues with Culver's. But today is really trying my patience. I ate inside after work, and they forgot my buffalo chicken strips. Went up and got them. Cool. Done. I ordered a carryout order while I was eating to bring home to the family. Granted, I should've checked the bags before I left. I get home (20 minutes away) and half the order isn't even there.

Ordered food online. Arrived 10 minutes after it said my food would be ready. They don't have a shelf or area for those orders. I asked at the counter. The young man was clieless and said he'd check for me. He then carried out two more sets of orders before I asked him again before he took a third set of orders out. He said it would be longer. I asked him to just cancel the order. He didn't know how, neither did the next young lady he asked, nor did the shift leader. I left without food or my money. I totally understand longer waits, busy restaurants and short staff but if you can't manage online orders, turn the feature off. If I can only order in the restaurant to ensure I get food, then set that expectation.
