Even though the inside is busy, we usually can get our food within 20 minutes after arriving. It's a rare occasion after we arrive that we don't get to eat for 30 minutes.After ordering, it's been longer than 10 minutes waiting for food.We are regular and we love this place. Always keep your receipt and do the survey. You get free ice cream when you go back. We've never paid for ice cream there, but if we had to, we would.Great atmosphere and we will continue to make it a family...read full review

This was my first visit to this location. Culver's has become a go to place for a meal for the family while we're out. The burgers are always delicious and the staff was great.Kid-friendliness: 3 of 4 of us got kids meals to eat. My 6 year old and 9 year old placed their own orders and the woman at the register was very kind and said for them to take their time and there was no rush.

These guys need more help or don't have their priorities straight. Wanted only a chicken sandwich and was still waiting for my food curbside. Got tired if waiting and found my to go meal sitting on the counter. I thought drive thru was priority? Hope they can get better service. At least the cashier apologized.
