Can't say how good or bad they are. They were out of cookies I wanted and asked if I could wait 20 minutes to get them. Was already late and had the travel back to Toledo. So, I left. Maybe I'll try again if I get to BG.
I personally think the workers that currently work at insomnia are trying their best. Ive heard that they were dealing with managers leaving the specific store until insomnia itself put a manager at Bowling Green, Ohio insomnia to stay. Usually I'd say that's a positive thing, but the manager seems to be toxic towards their peers and has been treating said employees poorly to the point where it seems all the employees that were there have quit or maybe fired? A great location for college students on late nights. It's slightly small with little seating room, but there's still some places to sit (though I think most people take theirs to go).
