“If I could give 10 star to this fine establishment, I would. As I walked into this place with my father, I noticed that the women working the register was carefully instructing a confused guest about the menu. As we were ordering, I saw a lot of sandwiches being made, and mentioned something about it being a busy day for them. The employee agreed and told us that they had recently received an order for over 90 subs! I was blown away, as only three employees were staffing the establishment at that busy time, but they seemed to be managing. As we sat down to wait for our order, the women who had taken our order came out from behind the counter and gave us two extremely large drink cups, as a token of gratitude for waiting the extra time it took to make our sandwiches. We only waited a few minutes longer than expected anyhow, and the sandwiches were extraordinarily scrumptious. I would definitely recommend this quick lunch option as the customer service was amazing and I was overly compensated for my wait by the wonderful employees.“
“Subway has the most friendly employees I have ever seen. when you walk in the door almost always they greet you with hello welcome to subways. And for the most part they are always happy go lucky I'm very friendly and it don't hurt anyting having a good sandwiches either. I have never had a bad sandwich yet from Subway. Great job Subway“
“Food was fast, tasted ok and small. For the same price you can go to one of their rivals and get almost twice as much food. The only advantage this company has is speed. You WILL get your sandwich faster than any of their rivals whether it's pickup, delivery or dine in.“
“Only Schlotzskys left in Ohio, stopped during a road trip. We have missed getting a turkey original sandwich, our favorite, since all stores in SW Ohio closed several years ago. They were as tasty as we remembered and service was very welcoming.“

“The place was packed when I walked in. I was so impressed how fast they were able to work through the line with a staff that seemed untested. “Always polite Always fresh always quick. It's Kind of hidden away off central next to the old orchard neighborhood so I think that keeps the crowds away, but I've never had bad food or service here. An extra bonus: they might have the cleanest bathrooms in the city.“

“We came in on Sunday, June 5th at about 3:00pm and there was a long line of customers. The two young ladies working were ROCKSTARS. They were efficient and very pleasant, they took all of our little special requests with a smile and the subs were the best we've had from this location. While we were ringing out, a DoorDash driver started throwing a fit because they didn't give him any attention. He wasn't in line and was just standing in the back of the room being shady. When we were done paying they asked how they could help him and he gave the DoorDash name he was picking up for and asked for both of their names because he was filing a complaint. Lord. When I tell you this guy was a piece of work just know that I managed a subway in Toledo for long enough to see some characters. He was exceptionally rude. The girls wrote down their names for him (above and beyond btw), and explained that next time he could jump in line or speak up, otherwise they wouldn't know what exactly he needed help with. He just grabbed the order and shouted at them on his way out the door. THEY HANDLED IT SO WELL. They were still professional and calm even after he started raising his voice. They were so sweet to us when they handed us our order and I just wanted to hug them. People need to learn some manners from these girls because they were pros. Will definitely be back! Appreciate your employees, owner! They more than earn their paycheck.“
“We are visiting from out of town. Went in on March 25th. Allison & Devin were working and they were the friendliest & the best customer service we’ve ever had! Their manager is very lucky to have such great employees! The food was also delicious! Would highly recommend!“
