“This kfc is awesome, the chicken was perfect. I’m not from this area but stopped here for lunch. Over by where I live the kfc is always hit or miss but never this good! I don’t care for the fries, but that could be a company wide thing. But they did the chicken perfect here. I dined in and the dinning room was clean, bathrooms are clean two very important things for me.Parking: Plenty of parking and clean parking lot“
“Typical Raising Cane's, you get exactly what you order. Tips for your meal are chicken extra crispy, honey mustard, butter on both sides of toast, no slaw but extra fries/toast. People tend to say the chicken isn't seasoned well but that's what the sauce is for, tenders are hot and fresh every time. The music in the restaurant is obnoxiously loud but I guess it fits the vibe.“
“I travel for work so visit Chick-Fila’s all over the state. I came to this one for lunch on 2/28. This one has by far been my best experience the gentlemen that brought my food at said my name and later even brought me a refill. I didn’t catch his name but wish I could put it in the review.“

Customer service is often lacking in a fast food environment, but not with Shane. He was friendly, funny and the reason I will be back to the Pearl rd. Location. Give him a raise!!“
“Francesca at the Strongsville location is amazing!!! I had a large catering order and I had even added to the order the day of. They offered a gluten free option that was hot and ready. Francesca was on top of it. She confirmed the order the day of and had everything ready on time for an evening pick up. She was super helpful and friendly and I truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to put my mind at ease with such a large order. Chik fil-a offered great customer service an they even helped carry the order to my car.
