If everything is going to be outrageously priced, make sure every item ordered is in the bag before you hand it out the window. The bag even has a receipt of items ordered with a spot to check it off and an "ordered checked by___," which clearly they dont put to use. This is the 3rd time this has happened and at this point I'm not ordering here anymore.

The salad and sandwiches were great! The chocolate chip cookies were a bit crunchy. The service was fast, but not very friendly.

I spent quite a bit of money (around $54 for 3 adults and 1 baby) at this Panera as a treat for my mom and for my baby since it would be their first time trying Panera’s food. Since I used the app to order pickup, the bag was taped and so I did not think to open the bag to check to see if everything is there. She was excited for the French onion soup as was I since it’s my favorite. Well, unfortunately our soups did not have any of the cheese or croutons. I also ordered a kitchen sink cookie (a $4.39 cookie at that) which is my mom’s favorite and was supposed to be a surprise. I don’t want to tell her they forgot it because she will be sad. Anyways, I am disappointed with the outcome of our order and am not sure I will be returning to this location. Note to anyone ordering online or pickup- check your food before leaving.

Food is still good. The restaurant is getting dirty. Carpets, booths, and restroom need cleaned better. The fireplace is never on. Atmosphere has greatly declined.

Hated to drop my rating for this location, but if you're promised an order for pickup, then either you need to work with corporate for the times to be adjusted or acknowledge to customers it'd completely off. WAIT, WAIT... Oh, well, after spending more time than necessary, I asked about my order. Was told they don't use the pickup rack due to theft, but no signs or anything to indicate that. When I mentioned that maybe cluing customers in, I was given the Millenial Brush Off "right. yeah, thank you bye". So another dropped star for this location and probably my last visit.

0 of 5 stars if I could.Ordered and paid for via the app 18 bagels for a birthday brunch the next day. 3pm pickup time. Arrived at 3pm to be told there were no bagels. That the order was fulfilled.Pressed on the issue the assistant manager found out from her manager that he had them ready for pickup at 6am, and that the district manager saw they had been ready for a few hours and not picked up (again, I wasn't late) and put them out to be sold.Amazing combination of failed logic. Online order was paid for. Product was sold. The company was at 0 risk of losing money...but the decision was made by a district manager to sell items that were already paid for.Amazing. Why not call and see if we were planning to pickup? Why did leadership make the order 9 hours before scheduled pickup? Why do you need to sell something you already sold?A week later and still waiting on a call back from the store manager to make things right. I have a partial refund to show for the situation. Good times.Avoid this location.
