I just stopped by to have some beans ground and grab an iced chai latte. I had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had with the Canfield location which I usually visit when it is crazy busy during peak. Anthony took care of me at the register and wore a smile the whole time while speaking with me and the next guest after me. 5/5 would recommend. This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I didn’t know what I wanted but the staff surprised me with a iced drink and it was so good. I go to Starbucks once in a while and I order the same thing which was the mocha cookie crumble. We went to the Starbucks across from Sheetz off the rt 11 north exit and there is a lovely girl named Shannon who is so happy and helpful each time we stop! A huge asset to this store! Helpful and polite and professional! We will always choose to stop there when we are up that way just to have her help us! Way to go Shannon!
