Never had an issue with Starbucks but this is probably one of my favorite locations in Mahoning county! Thank you Starbucks Canfield!

I always go in the mornings and even if they’re busy my drinks are always made correctly & breakfast sandwiches heated all the way! Staff is really friendly too

I go through the drive thru and ask about a vegan option. No one gave me a recommendation to try or their winter options for vegans. I know darn well Starbuck's has vegan options. Their menu does not have a V for vegan and I had to get a bland cold brew cause the employees don't know which flavors are vegan. The service was not what was expected. I worked for costumer service and I will NOT be returning to that Starbucks. I will go to the Seattle one before I go to that one. Period.

We ordered 2 large Mocha Cookie Crumble Fraps they had no Mocha flavor at all. Very Disappointed.

only gave one star because i had to. rude service. just had to wait 26 minutes for drinks that weren’t even good. never ever ever ever had a good experience at this starbucks. ever. avoid if you can!! i’d rather go next door to getgo and get starbucks out of the cooler than go to the canfield location.

My sandwich is cold as all get out because they didn’t have the decency to put it with my mobile order. They didn’t even bother to ask what I was waiting for until I went to the front counter where they proceeded to give me my cold sandwich. Very unhappy. I go here almost every day too. What a joke.
