I usually don't like to leave scathing reviews, but this location has it's good and bad moments. I understand that this store is busy during morning rush, but 9/10 times I've bought coffee, it's made wrong. Typically, they forget to add any flavoring into the coffee, leaving me with just oat milk and coffee, especially if I want caramel.
Only exciting thing about coming here is to see one of my favorite people, Jessica haha. She is the sweetest and if there are any problems she is very kind and hops right onto it making sure that everyone is covered. Thank you for working so hard Jessica, you're amazing!

I absolutely love the Customer Service at the Canton location and our drinks are always good. We are greeted with a smile in the morning and they are very nice always. Keep up the good work Canton DDDietary restrictions: They do offer a sugar free option with several flavors.
