every single time I go they burn my bagel. my fault I keep going back..but I've asked for lightly toasted it's still burnt. every time. I went back around today and they gave me the same burnt bagel back just pretended to make me a new one. garbage. awful. I'll seriously never go back. ever. done. gross. my 7 year old can use a toaster better than their paid employees and clearly the manager.

Duncan is the worst you can't get your coffee the way that you want it you have to go back have them fix it you have to waste your gas and your time to go back and have it fixed. When you call in they say Well ma'am this is a training store that makes it even worse in my opinion if it's a training store then they should be trained correctly you should be able to go to any Duncan order your coffee and get it the same way every time that's not the case with West Tusk all so before covid the pop cups were a decent size Duncan gave them to your dogs then when covid happened you had to start paying for them each manager that comes into this West Husk location changes the price or the size of your pop cup that you pay for absolutely ridiculous Duncan is the worst place to get coffee

Sold me stale donuts, manager argumentative in replacing the stale donuts even though the replacements were the same price on the web site. Rude and aggressive, then threw the donuts at me and I believe told a neighbor of mine who incidentally, after living next door to me for over 30 years, ironically brought to me the same type of donut the next day, go figure, how did that happen, in 30 years they never brought us anything and then brought those same donuts to us as a kind/nasty gesture? This manager should be fired.Parking: Good parking.

My Bacon croissant had two pieces of bacon on it, my cheese and chorizo wrap was cold. She had to reheat it in our microwave same with our bagel bites and they weren’t even relatively close to being warm. the snacking bacon we ordered was flimsy with no seasoning. if you want dunkin just go to any other dunkin.

I went in this morning and only wanted a hot coffee and a glazed doughnut and it took over 20 minutes to get my drink and the whole time, the girl Athena was rolling her eyes to me and she would constantly stand behind the wall and complain about customers. Will not be coming

I order at night mostly they told me that they weren't doing wraps anymore then I ordered them at a different time and they did. Then I ordered a drink with coconut milk and now this new worker from what I know is saying that they aren't going to have coconut milk any more like what is wrong with the night workers? sadly i can only give 1 star! plus the same new night worker makes straight syrup or really bitter drinks like idk if she just can't see past her glasses or what but how to you mess up a coffee.I changed this to a 3 star on the service because turns out the coconut milk is a corporate decision not just this dunkin although the wraps was just this dunkin as to why I still only gave it one star.Kid-friendliness: It is defiantly kid friendly there workers seem to like working there and they act like children!
