Picked up my large pizza that is the size of a small maybe a medium ate a piece on way home it was soft and wet or doughy crust is dry tho middle of my pizza is cold so 15 bucks for a small very thin pizza I don't think is good. 5$ at Lil Cesar would have been better priced crazy for size and not very good ate 3 pieces and I'm making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich now.. will never return not sure what others get from here but this was very disappointing my jalapeno was thicker than the pizza

This place used to be good and the photos is how it used to look. To know I’m not hiding behind a review it was a pick up order for Paige pepperoni extra cheese light sauce, I took it back and they smiled and said it’s the best the could do??? I think it’s hilarious how we are expected the price of food when this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered since they closed for the extended period of time. Was craving Tusc kraus because they were the BEST. Not anymore go to papa John’s across the street and get a stuffed crust with garlic sauce. it’s cheaper and their regular cheese tops this

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I asked for DOUBLE CHEESE. They claimed “this is the best we can do” asked for a remake then they declined. I went on their website to see if this really was the best they could do so I’m going to post what I got vs the website. Do not recommend

Every Friday of my entire life was spent with Kraus’ and since I’ve moved out of town I make it a requirement to swing by at least once and have never been disappointed….until today. I know the place recently sold and expected nothing to change given the franchise situation but good lord…what I just ate can’t be described as Kraus’. Mama Kraus is rolling over in her grave. For starters, the wing sauces used to be incredible and unlike any other place. New ownership has taken those loved sauces to pasture and replaced with what can only be described as “store bought”…from a discount store at that. The pizza itself was somehow thinner than before with an inconsistency that’s hard to put a finger on, but multiple pieces of the crust were too hard to bite or were drenched in flour. To say I am disappointed is a gross understatement. For any others in my situation, of which there are many, I urge you to head down the street to the Amherst location for a true Kraus’ experience, not whatever this corporate cash grab is that took over our beloved neighborhood pizza joint.

I've been buying Kraus pizza's for over 50 years after the last one I bought I'm done the new owners change the sauce and something missing in the dough recipe too it doesn't even taste like a Kraus pizza Larry Kraus the Original owner of the 1st Kraus pizza shop on Amherst rd in Massillon would be extremely disappointed and he would agree with me and they jacked up the price by about 3 bucks on a party size too I'm done I promise I won't be back at the Perry Kraus pizza shop not ever.

An old standby, great pizza, especially the topper (double crust). Chicken is excellent, and so are the Jo Jo's. No delivery but the food is good so 5 stars.

After the current owners took over they changed the mild sauce and we didn't realize that till we already got home. Me and my family always got the mild wings it was a spicy/tangy bbq. Also we asked for well done pizza and it was very doughy.

First time walking in to pickup order and I guess my order had gotten lost or forgotten so there was an extra 10 minute wait on top of the original 30 I waited.However the manager on duty was very kind and honest about the mistake. She then proceeded once pizza was done, to give it to me free of charge.Now that’s great customer service because now she just created a repeat customer. The pizza tastes great but that sort of kindness and generosity nowadays should not be overlooked so I wanted to leave this review to share my gratitude with the experience.Yes they made a mistake as we all do but how they resolved it was excellent service.
