The food was great but to get your order you hav't to hit the button on a machine. And if you 70 years old that can be confusing. I don't care for that. But the milk shakes are out of this world!
It's been awhile since I've been here. The only service they have now is someone cooking and setting your food on the counter, then they yell out your name and leave. You have to order off an app or a kiosk. You then have to get your own drink and pick up your food from counter. The food was ok.

What happened? Steak and shake used to be Poppin! Now you just order on a screen, get your own drinks, take your tray up when you're done, employees literally just cook. And they don't even have the fry seasoning at the tables anymore, you have to buy a whole container. Very disappointed .
