“Im going to go with a 5 star on this one dawg. Kept receiving offers to download the Subway app, so I finally did. Its actually very refreshing taking your time to order off your phone screen as opposed to the line making sure you have everything right while not wanting to inconvenience the line behind you. Picked the time I wanted to pick up the order and arrived to the location at that time. My order was bagged and ready to go. I was in and out in less than a minute. My order was done EXACTLY as ordered! The app was offering a deal, receive a free footlong with the purchase of 2 footlongs. Icing on the cake for using the app.“

“I can’t believe I’ve never been to this place. It is absolutely amazing. The fresh cut fries, the made to order burgers and service are great. I don’t know how could go to a fast food place when you have this hidden gem. Plus the prices are unbeatable. You have a new steady customer here.“

“Not at all a place for dining in, Rick's is mostly a take it and go kind of place with a smattering of seats along the window (six max). The sandwiches are very good but $7 for a simple grilled cheese is way too much. I'm getting tired of all these places that think they are notable and one of kind. Because they aren't; they're overpriced joints with good, not great, food.“

“Penn Station was surprisingly really good! I got the chicken parm and it tasted like they made the marinara just minutes before we got there. The service was quick as well. The sweet tea left a little bit to be desired but some people might find it just right. To God be the glory.Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly, but I don’t think they have entertainment for them such as coloring books.Parking: The restaurant is a strip mall you could say, so there is not much room in front of the it, but plenty of spots around it.“

“Absolutely my new favorite sub spot, everyone who works here is so friendly and they always have a smile on their faces and treat people with such generosity and kindness. The food is always perfect and made with love. I can't recommend this place enough.“

“Delicious fresh made cheesesteaks and fries. We waited in line over a half hour before our order was even taken!! Then after almost an hour wait total we leave with our bag...get a few blocks away and realize they forgot one of our two sandwiches we ordered (only ordered two large fries as well) so back to the store we go. Stood at the corner for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, they immediately were like ..oh where is that sandwich....apparently it was given away so another wait to make a fresh one. It was absolutely delicious, I will say that, albeit I was starving at this point and now a good hour and 45 minutes into my Charley's experience.Parking: Very small parking area in a chaotic parking lot. It's a plaza with other businesses and Charlie's is at the far end.**They DO have a drive thru! PLUS!**Getting out onto the main street you can only turn right because the traffic is crazy, so you have to go around the block through residential side streets to go the other direction. It's doable, just sayin'“

“Stopped by at this location and got a philly cheese steak. This location in particular is fantastic. Came out piping hot, steak was made perfectly, super flavorful. Didn't take too long to get considering they were working on a few orders at once. No complaints here!“

“My wife and I absolutely love the sandwiches. They also have French fries. I was impressed to see mashed potatoes and gravy on the menu to go with turkey dressing and cranberry holiday sandwich. We've already been back once and we'll go back many more times.“

“This is the BEST Subway I’ve ever been to. If it wasn’t for this location I wouldn’t eat Subway at all. The food here is always fresh and the employees are always so nice! I’ve never had a bad experience here at this location. I feel like it’s family owned because the service is always amazing here and that usually means the employees are treated well!! Keep it up!“

“Great food and great employees! Yes this location is busy because not only do a lot of people come here, there's also those who work nearby at Fairfield Medical Center and its offices, to get their food, but it's worth the wait! Happy eating!“

“Usually spot for coworkers and I. Atmosphere only a 3 because we always get to go. Other than that, never had an issue, food always amazing and they have limited time subs often. Dude with the curly, light hair that’s working everytime I’m there is quick, chill, and always takes care of us.“

“Service was amazing Marcus was really nice and Trey was really funny. Everyone there was nice and made a friendly upbeat environment. I forgot my lemonade and Trey even asked me specifically if I wanted ice or no ice. That's the only thing I was upset with, myself with no lemonade.Great service and food.“
