Pizza we ordered seemed a little under portioned on toppings compared to pictures on menu, but tasted decent. The reason for the 2-star rating is because of how under portioned the chicken was on the sandwich we ordered. The sandwich only had six super small pieces of chicken on it, three pieces on each half. We brought it to the attention of the staff, which we were told it indeed was under portioned. We really like Donatos SOMETIMES. The problem is consistency. We ordered the same pizzas, from the same store, over a recent 6 month time period. Sometimes really good and others basically insipid and dry. We rated 3 stars because it's an average of 1 and 5, and didn't want to leave reviews as inconsistent as the pizzas. So, it's a crapshoot and you take your chances.

Can't say enough as to how they treated us when the order was wrong.. We where coming back from Cincy (Surgery) when we placed the order by phone. They told us it would be 45mins and when we arrived they couldn't find the order. They promised to make another one right away. During that time we called home and found out that a Pizza arrived at home. Now the order was placed on the ice & snow storm day (Feb 3).
