You can usually find the flavors of the day on their website, which is helpful.Customer service has varied and can sometimes affect the quality of the treat, but usually pretty great!“
“I had an order for 1 bottle of wine get misplaced. When I asked about the order everyone I worked with was very helpful. Then a second company cause another delay in the order and HVO fixed the issue. They also gave me 2 free bottles of the saw wine and a HVO gift card. All around amazing service and very kind staff.“

“Hidden Valley Orchards is a good spot to hang out and drink but don't expect apple picking or a long time in pumpkin picking. For the most part, they have all the produce out at the front of the store to choose rather than going out and picking your own. They had just run out slushee cider when we went but they had pretty good little treats. The outdoor bar was great and for the smaller amount of people there it was open to get a drink in a short time. They had so much space for games and even have so much space for events. We went out to the fields to roam around the property and I would just advise to be very careful on the hill down as one of the members of my group fell and hurt her knee. They had goats on the property to go see as well which was interesting for an orchard to have.“

“We love Rita's! My fiancé grew up in Philly, where Rita's and the "water ice" originated. We were excited to see one nearby after we moved back to this area. The owner was super nice, and the location was very clean. They had a bunch of flavors we'd never tried before, and he let us try several before settling on a gelati flavor. If you haven't had a Italian Ice from Rita's, definitely check it out this summer.“

“I have never had a more pleasant experience at an establishment than I have at Graeter's in Beavercreek. The manager at the time, Kyle, was extremely patient and kind. Kyle went above and beyond to spoon-feed me taste samples as my recent surgery required my arms to be restricted. I eventually ordered a milkshake for easier consumption, but Kyle insisted on spoon-feeding me a triple scoop banana split with hot fudge, strawberry topping, whipped cream, pecans, and a cherry. Kyle was a blessing and gave me hope that this world still has wholesome and generous people. Kyle's hospitality and professionalism is amazing.“
“The cutest little walk-up Dairy Queen. All the nostalgia! The picnic tables included little-kid sized ones as well, which my kids enjoyed very much.Our server, Ava, was excellent. “A very good ice cream place! A little disappointing that they don't have bathrooms. It became an emergency to have to get out of there very fast and not be able to enjoy the atmosphere. The only other problem with the atmosphere was the unbelievable large amount of bees, they were kids and teenagers screaming and running crying. Might I suggest hiring a beekeeper to put a hive nearby so that all of the bees would make some delicious honey out of the residual ice cream from the ground and also could probably keep them out of people's faces.“
“Oh My Goodness!! So, by chance, and a kid, we first tried the mango... YUM! Then the adults realized they ALSO had Strawberry Hennessey and Peach Sangria!
