“I had an order for 1 bottle of wine get misplaced. When I asked about the order everyone I worked with was very helpful. Then a second company cause another delay in the order and HVO fixed the issue. They also gave me 2 free bottles of the saw wine and a HVO gift card. All around amazing service and very kind staff.“
“Hidden Valley Orchards is a good spot to hang out and drink but don't expect apple picking or a long time in pumpkin picking. For the most part, they have all the produce out at the front of the store to choose rather than going out and picking your own. They had just run out slushee cider when we went but they had pretty good little treats. The outdoor bar was great and for the smaller amount of people there it was open to get a drink in a short time. They had so much space for games and even have so much space for events. We went out to the fields to roam around the property and I would just advise to be very careful on the hill down as one of the members of my group fell and hurt her knee. They had goats on the property to go see as well which was interesting for an orchard to have.“

“Best cookie place in the area. I visit Cincy Sammys usually every Saturday and they are incredibly welcoming, and have a great selection that is always changing every week. They also carry Gluten Free cookies that aren't dry or have the typical "Gluten Free" texture/taste. They are as good as their gluten counterparts. They do more than just cookies, ice cream, shakes. Overall could not recommend this place more.Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free options, with the ability to order cookies ahead of time.“

“This place is a true hidden gem!! I always get chicken and wedges. I tried the burger today. I believe it's called the cheese it up. Best burger in town!! Absolutely delicious. All the fixings were fresh, burger hot, extra cheese. I got something on the side not realizing how big it would be. Next time I Will get a smaller side lol. “?UPDATED? okay so I’ve been here several times as well as other locations and Graeter’s is hand down the best it’s absolutely incredible! The 1870 Tower is a sinful indulgence that’s not to be missed. Oh man!First time here. Came in with an open mind, thinking I wanted a banana split. But then the staff suggested the Black Raspberry Chocolate ice cream. Said it made up about 1/3 of their sales so I tried it and can see why! It’s delicious! Got a bag of chocolate malt balls to take back to the hotel. Graeter’s is a wonderful treat!“
“It was super busy tonight but the service was fast and efficient. Food is good: they have great soft serve in many flavors. Their taco in a bag is yummy. They have expanded their menu with more options of icecream I believe. It's all outside though and I don't think they have bathrooms. There are community ones just a short walk away though.“

“Customer service was amazing! From the time we turned in, placed an order for six and received our order was about ten minutes. All the employees we interacted wih had a smile! “I have been to this location several time since they opened and have never been disappointed. I have never ordered a meal here but have enjoyed their blizzards as well as their banana splits. I went there 3 days ago and paid my bill at the drive thru with two new 5.00 bills that where stuck together and was not aware of it the young man caught it and returned the extra 5.00 bill. I am on social security and 5.00 is a big deal. I look forward to continuing doing business with this Dairy Queen. I have had ice cream inside and it is super clean.“
“Frozen custard in 3 flavors daily, plus a huge array of toppings and mix-ins. I'm from Milwaukee, where frozen custard is rich and decadent; Whit's is every bit as delicious. My only suggestion is that better signage would help visitors understand that there's only vanilla, chocolate, and the daily flavor available; it would help us pre-select and move the line faster, since there's very limited space inside, and only one register, that I noticed. Otherwise, definitely recommend!“
