I go here at least 5x a week. The ladies are delightful, they know my name & order. Always friendly and smiling! Never had ANY issues. I see alot of complaints about rudeness, in other reviews, well from experience, it's most likely the customer(s). Chardon is full of 'entitled' rude people, I've worked out here in many places, so i know. Change your attitude and approach or make your own coffee ?this is the best Starbucks! I’m at Starbucks every single day. I was even there on Christmas. With the exception of one day where some idiots decided to mess everyone’s day up with a “pay it forward” prank that never ended, I’ve never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes for my order. Generally I order ahead when I’m on my way in and my coffee is waiting on the counter when I arrive.
