I do like Jimmy John's, but this location seemed to me above average. Surface parking by meter is nearby and the walk up was free of debris. There is a patio to enjoy your sandwich alfresco. Counter service was friendly by the young staff. I was with my family, so total of four customers. The process was smooth and the order accurate. I did chat briefly with the manager. The dining room and restroom was clean. Our sandwiches were prepared quickly for dine in. Soda is self serve as it is at all JJ locations. Everyone liked what they had. Mine was a Cesar variety and tasty. The staff had prepared a large catering order, so do keep in mind they offer. Great experience.

Love their food so much! I eat there so much because I enjoy how fast they get your food done, and it's consistent every single time. The restaurant is always SUPER clean inside and out; as well as the workers always being really nice. The food is also fresh every single time; I've never had brown or wilted lettuce on my sub and the meat and cheese is always fresh, never bad! The app saves you a bunch of money too with the rewards, and you can earn badges! I would choose them over any other sub shop, no matter the day.

I would have rather eaten at subway! No menu no choices, cold sub iys the second time I have tried them at a different store and it's not worth it! But the bathroom is clean!
The sandwiches are always delicious. They deliver in under 10 minutes and we always have fantastic customer service. Its better than subway.They are still amazing!

I ordered a club and wrap at 6:37pm, and did not receive my order until nearly an hour later. It was a 55 minute wait. All of the food was dripping in sauce. It was impossible to eat without making a giant mess. I pulled my wrap out of the bag and there was sauce literally dripping everywhere and was seeping through the bag. This is especially unacceptable after a long wait....we live a whopping 2 minute drive away. I could have literally crawled to the store and back quicker than I received my order. Food was pretty much inedible with the massive amount of Thai sauce all over. Photo attached. $24.04 for this? Get a grip.EDIT: I had already shared my experience on the link provided (which is just Jimmy John's website page to post said things) by whoever replied to this review (before they replied!!!).

Best customer service! My daughter ordered her sandwich incorrectly and when I went to order a new one they remade the sandwich for her for free. It was our mistake but they still made it right. It's becoming harder and harder to find good customer service these days. We give this staff 2 thumbs all the way up!

Never have I ever...I wish--like just one time, maybe once would be enough--I could try the sub I order.Never--not even once--has my order been correct with a history of a couple dozen attempts.Love the preciseness of the app; not happy about their ability to follow it. Nice, friendly people and fast service. Just know you'll never get what you order. ?I'll keep trying. I'll keep hoping. Maybe one day??
