Took way WAY too long to be acknowledged and then actually helped. Everybody was focused on the drive thru when they weren't that busy.The girl that did finally help was constantly sniffling a runny nose.I get that people can't afford to be off work but perhaps keep them away from customers. It's unnerving and a real appetite killer. Makes me very unlikely to return

This store never has baked potatoes! I stopped two days in a row once at 4 and 5:00, no potatoes! I worked at Wendy’s years ago, throw the potatoes in the oven it’s easy!

They got a late rush tonight and the wait was long which I understand however they forgot my nuggets for the biggie bag and made me get back in the drive thru line and wait about 13 minutes instead of just walking them out. Very

Got home with my salads all 3 are horrible ordered in drive thru and had to pull to side to wait on chicken for my salad only for the chicken to still be frozen 2 crumbs of blue chesse why I ask can wendys not produce quality food here should be no excuse 23 dollars for not even near a head of lettuce never gave me a receipt and won't answer the phone
