Awkward parking lot entrance- one entry is closed off, there should be one just off Bridge Street instead of all the way at the back, and it sits right beside a carwash with more iffy traffic flow.Half a dozen people working, but when we walked up to counter no one was visible, at the counter or the drive-through. Took way WAY too long to be acknowledged and then actually helped. Everybody was focused on the drive thru when they weren't that busy.The girl that did finally help was constantly sniffling a runny nose.I get that people can't afford to be off work but perhaps keep them away from customers. It's unnerving and a real appetite killer. Makes me very unlikely to return
