Blu is part of the Embassy Suites hotel in Blue Ash. In addition to the hotel guests, the restaurant might be ideal for people working in the nearby industrial park. Visually the restaurant is plain and comes across as the hotel bar. We had a few co-workers eat there for convenience, while most of us opted to leave for nearby restaurants. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash, then give the hotel restaurant a try. The waitresses and bartenders are extremely nice and helpful. Good size menu for a hotel restaurant. Prices are even better compared to chain restaurants. Water and sodas are complimentary. Food quality is great. Above my expectations completely. Anytime I go to Cincinnati, I will be staying and eating at that hotel.

For bar food or was really good. Potato skins were fantastic-perfectly crunchy. Chicken quesadillas were very tasty and guacamole was pretty good. Fish sandwiches was on a brioche bun and huge. Could only eat half. Very enjoyable. Our wait person was extremely attentive without being intrusive. Kept all liquids filled.
