Blu is part of the Embassy Suites hotel in Blue Ash. In addition to the hotel guests, the restaurant might be ideal for people working in the nearby industrial park. Visually the restaurant is plain and comes across as the hotel bar. We had a few co-workers eat there for convenience, while most of us opted to leave for nearby restaurants. We did enjoy coming back to Blu for after dinner drinks. The staff took great care of us. They didn't hit the mark for cocktails (old fashioned isn't pink ...) but beers on draft were nice and cold. They let us know when last call happened and didn't rush anyone out of the seating area after close.

What a dump. Stayed at the hotel for business and boy has the quality of Embassy gone down. As for the restaurant, sat there for 15 mins and I couldn't get any service.

If you are staying at the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash, then give the hotel restaurant a try. The waitresses and bartenders are extremely nice and helpful. Good size menu for a hotel restaurant. Prices are even better compared to chain restaurants. Water and sodas are complimentary. Food quality is great. Above my expectations completely. Anytime I go to Cincinnati, I will be staying and eating at that hotel.

For bar food or was really good. Potato skins were fantastic-perfectly crunchy. Chicken quesadillas were very tasty and guacamole was pretty good. Fish sandwiches was on a brioche bun and huge. Could only eat half. Very enjoyable. Our wait person was extremely attentive without being intrusive. Kept all liquids filled.
Sat for over ten min. No service so we left to eat elsewhere

We eat at Embassy Suites a lot. We are Lifetime Diamond and the kids grew up thinking that Embassy Suites is their second home. We ate here twice during our stay. The prices are better than normal and the presentation was great. The food was average for ES, but that is on the better side of most. We had soups, fries, salads, and sliders.

Steve is Very Rude. He ruined my day. I never felt so bad and mistreated in my life. Steve walked past my table several times and didn't say a word. I finally saw another waiter I asked her can I place an order she politely told me that Steve was my waiter. The next time I saw Steve I raised my hand and ask can I place an order. He looked up at me and walked away. I waited 40 minutes nothing. The young lady came back over to me and apology for Steve. She took my order and I was thankful. I traveled 8hrs to Ohio. I will never visit this place again.
