We haven't been to Captain D's in a while . We wanted to Dine inside but it was drive thru only . The food was good , the service was okay . The atmosphere was out doors in the truck . We will probably go to another location .
I use to come here a lot when I was younger.I recently saw a food review, "mister chime" review Captian D's .The reviewer loved the food it also reminded me how much I loved the food.So I went and got a 3 piece fish dinner with broccoli and fries. I asked for the broccoli to be in a separate container, and they actually listened to me. This is a rare thing in fast food nowadays. Captain D's is just not Captain D's like it used to be. The quality of fish, I rate as 3 out of 5 as the hush puppies was a 4 but the fish a 2.6 and chicken a 2.7. Atmosphere 2.5 as the drive thru pavement had many pot holes. Drive thru and parking lot was crumbling apart and not safe for your tires or car (especially at night and was not well lit which it needed to be for this location.
