“We heard good reviews about Chicken Salad Chic and weren't disappointed! Our grandson ate the whole side of broccoli salad, the bacon off our sandwich. I personally thought the bread was too thick for kids sandwich but he's only two so worked out in the end. Tomato Bisque was delicious and we had chicken salad from the savory menu!!“
“042024 - I haven't been here in 8 years. I got the 9 oz prime rib. It tasted exactly like what you would think prime rib from a chicken restaurant would taste like. It wasn't bad tasting, but it wasn't good tasting either. I will not get it again.“
“Every time I go here they get better and better definitely the best place in the tristate to get authentic chapin guatemalteco food I highly recommend their shaddai crazy it's my fave and a great dish to get if you've never eaten here before .“
“I’ve never had the pleasure of visiting this establishment in person but every single time I’ve ordered via DoorDash, the food is incredible. My all-time favorite fried chicken place. The spicy chicken is the best. Yams, cornbread, Mac n cheese, sweet potato pie, it’s all good. I have yet to try something I don’t like! Big portions, always hot and fresh. 10/10.“
“The combination of the combo or box meal with half cut iced tea is yum! Toast buttered and toasted on both sides!! The only thing that I wish for as much as we go to canes, is you only get one sauce, same as you do when you order a kid meal. Three or more or at least when you order four tenders, you should get a second sauce without having to pay for it for what you pay for your order. Not getting a second sauce is always a bummer. But I've never had any type of bad service ordering inside to eat in or the drive-through to go. Food is always hot and you never have to wait long. Sometimes kids are hard to buy food for but the buttered toast on both sides, means my grandson is always willing to go with me.“
“The food Is always hot and fresh! on a typical Friday, the electricity went out in that area because of a car hitting a telephone pole so I pull up to the drive thru not knowing this had occured so one of the young men that was working there was outside cleaning windows and he had approach my car and say excuse me ma'ma, we are not open right now and he explained the electricity outrageous being cut off so he hand me a "Free meal card" and he say thank you for coming and I promise him, I will show him appreciation for that and the kindness he serves! “I love Canes! They are by far the best fast food around. Always fresh and delicious. I don't care for the Cane's sauce and it would be nice to have more items put on the menu but when it comes to chicken and french fries this is the place to be.“
“The customer service here was top notch for a busy day! All the staff was friendly and worked together to get my lunch out to me fast! I was really impressed with the teamwork at this restaurant. They were wonderful! I thought the chicken salad was ok, I tried the Buffalo Barclay, the Classic Carol, and Fruity Fran. They all needed a little more seasoning so I was glad I brought it home. It was delicious and fresh though!“
“This place is great. I am picky when it comes to meat and poultry because of texture, and how it’s cooked. I had the chicken tender sandwich with the city sauce, and it was the best chicken tender sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken is soft and not too fried I paired it with city sauce, slaw, and fries. You’ll love it!!!“
“The spicy chicken sandwich is either 10/10 spicy or 2/10 spicy. (Ps I like it when it’s 10/10 spicy) Hard to tell but over all best fried chicken/chicken sandwich in cincy!!!great fries and fabulous delivery times, great sauces, lemon thyme ranch is amazing!! I’ve only done delivery but I eat here at least twice a week. They are open late as well which is so appreciated.“
“The food at this location is always fast and hot but one gripe, if I may, every time we've gone lately the dining room had flies pestering us. Not a big deal I suppose and probably hard to mitigate but maybe they need to change whatever method they're using. Not working in keeping flies out of the restaurant.“
“If you love a crunchy piece of chicken perfectly and evenly coated in a wet batter this is the place. Pictures don’t do it justice. Their wings are giant. Everything is big. Coat it all in the Gochujang BBQ, great sweet and spicy sauce. Good fried pickles, real crunchy. This place definitely has my favorite egg roll, it’s FULL of beef. Always quick, even cooler now that they have dining in the Esoteric bar! Check them out!“

“Bb.q Chicken did not disappoint! When I walked in there were at least 20 to go order tickets, so I knew this was the spot! Service was exceptional (got my food in less than 10 minutes), restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the wings were absolutely delicious.The wings are slathered perfectly and there is still enough crunch to every bite. Spicy Galbi is a must try, super flavorful and just enough heat. Great beer selection and great to see a co-owner be so hands on and hospitable! This will become my regular wing spot anytime I visit Cincy!“
