Decided to try to give this location another shot as it is the only one in close vicinity. The area we sat in smelled like mulch which wasn’t the best while eating. We ordered classic margaritas and they were clearly not made correctly. Tasted basically just like sour mix/syrup. Asked them to remake the drink and, in my opinion, it looked like they shook it up, added new ice and put it in a new glass. The drink tasted the same as before but we didn’t want to complain further. We didn’t want a different drink because If you can’t make a plain margarita correctly, I don’t want to know how you make other drinks. Bottom line, prices have increased like crazy but the product is getting worse, don’t waste your money

I really liked this one and the waitress was excellent and our wait was decent. I just wish I lived closer to this one
Sarah was our server. Very sweet girl but obviously new. It took 20 minutes to get a glass of wine and the glass was filthy. It took another 10 minutes to get a new clean glass of wine. When she brought the 2nd glass of wine, she also finally brought my husband's margarita. 30 minutes is way too long for drinks. Food was excellent. Never saw a manager and no type of discount was offered. Disappointing experience ?

What a mess this Chili’s is. I ordered takeout from my chili’s app. I am currently in the hospital after delivering a baby. My mom was going to pick up the food and bring it to me at the hospital. She called when she got there and I checked her in on the app. 30 minutes go by and no one has come out. She goes inside and a woman proceeds to tell her that I had called and canceled the order. No, I definitely had not. I had already paid in full on my credit card. This woman would not believe my mother that the order wasn’t cancelled. She called me and I confirmed that I had not cancelled the order. The employee still didn’t believe us. She proceeded to fight with and berate my mom. It was completely insane. She also was cursing about my mom when she thought my mom had left the building. Finally a manger became involved and my mom finally got food, after a total of being at this chili’s for nearly an hour! The food was supposed to be ready when she arrived. We absolutely would not recommend and will not return to this chili’s.

Food was good. The atmosphere was nice! Service was fantastic! Cole was an outstanding waiter. We had one minor mishap with our food but the situation was fairly resolved. We would definitely visit again.

Was here with a few coworkers for lunch. We all got the Nashville hot tenders. They were incredibly too salty and we couldn't eat anymore than 2-3 tenders. I tried drowning my tenders in ranch to cover up the salt. It didn't help and I went through about 4 cokes just to choke 2 tenders
