THE best chilis experience I’ve ever had. The efficiency was insane- our drinks were on our table (brought by a different server) before our food/drink order was even finished. Food was good. The atmosphere was nice! Service was fantastic! Cole was an outstanding waiter. We had one minor mishap with our food but the situation was fairly resolved. We would definitely visit again.

Sarah was our server. Very sweet girl but obviously new. It took 20 minutes to get a glass of wine and the glass was filthy. It took another 10 minutes to get a new clean glass of wine. When she brought the 2nd glass of wine, she also finally brought my husband's margarita. 30 minutes is way too long for drinks. Food was excellent. Never saw a manager and no type of discount was offered. Disappointing experience ?
