Went to pick up my order, waited 5-8 minutes before anyone even helped me, just to say it would be at least 20 more minutes! I saw at least 3 to 4 employees in the back so staffing was not the issue. I left and will not be back
Today outside of the Donatos in Rookwood on Madison Road, a young man approached me asking me to buy him food. I offered to order him a pizza from the Donatos - when we walked in, we were immediately told that security was going to be called and that we needed to leave. The MANAGER told me that I was being scammed by the young boy and he stated he would not be serving him any food.
