Just stopped this morning got a medium coffee with cream and sugar no sugar added Taste so plain also ordered a avocado toast with bacon it was not tosted or any bacon on it but worst part was it had a hair in it

The last few times I've ordered bagels there isn't even enough cream cheese to cover the bagel. I specifically asked this last time and they put even less on. The window staff had always been so friendly, which makes this so disappointing.
Friendly and made my drinks with a high level of accuracy.Dietary restrictions: They carry non-dairy milks, like oat milk, coconut milk, and almond milk.
This is an updated review. Everytime I come to this location either they make the coffe horrible, are out of coffee, machines are down, frozen machines are broken, or they close early(drive thru). I am not wasting my time to go to this location again. I rather go down 2 miles down the street.I waited over 10 minutes for double expresso on ice. I finally asked the girl and she said it wasnt on her screen. I showed the receipt and she made it then. While waiting watched the workers joking and goofing off. This was a Saturday morning. Maybe if the stopped goofing around they would not have passed up my coffee order.

Every time I go to this location,my ice coffee is never made right. They don't listen to what I tell them what I want in my coffee, and is it so hard to stir coffee? I don't order a large ice coffee only to get half cold foam and half coffee. I wouldn't even rate this a one-star.. lost my
Don't even waste your time!! If you're in colerain area, go over to the north bend location!! They never disappoint!So I stopped going to this location (colerain Ave) bc they never make my drink right!But I had to go to this location this morning bc the location I go to everyday (north bend) was completely out of the way & I was already running late to work.I order the same thing I get everyday, medium Carmel craze iced latte with 9 pumps of Carmel. I get the drink & it looks like it has all milk & no coffee, it tasted like coffee but absolutely no Carmel. So I go back in to have it re-made & the 2nd one looks exactly the same as the first one, except this time it tastes like Carmel but absolutely no coffee or Expresso...Needless to say, I threw it away. Morning ruined.
Only go when with DD loving friends. Prefer coffee shops focused on
