Laura is a 15 star rated employee. Not just a 5 star. Above and beyond attentive. Very friendly. Awesome/amazing/excellent server.We asked for Marshall to give him our review also.
Late lunch mid week...this locations was not very busy, but I stood at the hostess stand for what felt like 10 mins...probably more like 5, but long all the same...what was even more bothersome was that no less than 6 Outback staff members met me eye to eye. None of which acknowledged me in any way...no, "we'll be right with you"...nothing more more than a blank stare. One of them even appeared to be a manager.
