Quite friendly but I asked for 4 chocolates and they gave them to me in glasses almost half full

The food is never toasted when it is supposed to, everything is always out of stock somehow and literally almost every coffee I order somehow gets made wrong when I just get an iced coffee with 2 creams. They never taste the same as the time before. Just laziness from the workers. Only reason I ever go to this location is because it’s the most convenient

Gave me the wrong Donut then instead of refilling the sugar the lady put packets of sugar in my coffee I can’t taste anything other than sugar. In an ice coffee sugar packet doesn’t dissolve right away so my coffee is ruined. When I first walked in there was only one girl doing everything she was really sweet but the other two wasn’t up there until I waited for a while while the one girl was doing everything.

I went in around 12:15 today and was greeted with such kindness and professionalism. My coffee was amazing and was made in a timely manner. The staff were friendly, and smiling. Which is hard to find in customer service anymore. The store was also clean.

Super ghetto. Not clean. The cashier tells you one thing and then says another. Drive the extra couple miles for better service.

My wife and I stopped to grab a coffee.First impression. The associate taking orders, was on FaceTime with a friend and it took her over 5 minutes to acknowledge we were waiting to order. Then she tells us to hold on, and places her phone down all while continuing her face time conversation. Then she started taking our order, or rather attempting to. We ordered a hot small coffee and an iced latte. Two simple normal Dunkin beverages. She couldn’t figure out how to do it or what we even wanted. Then she proceeded to under charge us, by like 5 dollars. Then the person making the drinks she yelled at to come fix take our order because “ she just couldn’t.”He pops up, and take the order - inputs them wrong. We finally get them and both cups are half full.We left and were only passing through. But, wow.

Yesterday I ordered online and when I sent someone to pick it up they said they didn't have it. So she left and I sent someone else. The manager was rude not helpful at all curse at her and was not helpful at all. I will never order from this location again. And out of all of that they still got my order wrong . When I called and spoke with the manager she was still rude over the phone and when I asked for her name she hung up the phone on me. What was to show customer service.

The woman making the food and touching everything going on the food decided she was also going to ring people up on the computer wearing the same gloves she was touching the food with. Wasted 15 minutes of my time and even make the people’s food behind me before she made mine.

I tried reaching out to Dunkin multiple times about our experience here, at first they were responsive, and then they stopped receiving messages. I spent nearly $30 with my daughter here. They gave us burnt food. It was disgusting! My daughter asked for her hashbrowns to be extra crispy, they were wet from moisture and soggy. However, my bacon wraps were extremely burnt. My daughter heard the employees say, those are burnt. And she was thinking they were talking about the hashbrowns being extra crispy. No, they were my bacon wraps. Yet they still serve them? Dunkin told me the owner of this franchise was going to contact me, however, he/she did not. We love Dunkin’ Donuts and support them. But this was highly disappointing, especially knowing no one even responded. Or cared. $30 was a huge treat for us - and to spend that kind of money for junk - and no response?? Not cool.
